Well, that window display’s a little haunting, isn’t it? My apologies.
These photos are from a walk around Leslieville back in early November. I got behind on my editing/uploading (again, I know!). I had a concussion in October, and since then I’m been slowly increasing my screen usage. It’s only been in the last week or so that I’ve been able to edit comfortably.
But the cool thing, as I wrote about here on my Instagram, is that I was able to get out and start taking photos a few weeks after my concussion. The first things I got back my ability to do comfortably were my handcrafts. Which, let me tell you, has turned out to be such a gift.
Oh! And. I’ve been doing a little blog sprucing (mainly boring things like installing an SSL certificate and ensuring categories have meta descriptions blah blah) and I found my first posts where I always linked a song I was feeling at the time I had made the thing I was posting about. I want to bring that back! Music is such a joy for me. Crack me open, soul-driving joy.
Here’s what I had on repeat that day (yes, I remember): Call If You Need Me by Vance Joy
